Carlo is the founder and Chief Executive Officer. He commenced his career in the media industry and gained over 15 years experience at a major Sydney televsion network. Carlo also has several years experience as a senior commercial and property lawyer and has undertaken complex commercial transactions in both sales and acquisitions. He has good negotiation skills and has advised many corporate entities on company and trade practices issues.
Carlo also lectures and publishes in the area of company, property and business law. He has built a strong and reliable brand that delivers exceptional service, excellent results and competitive prices to clients.
Deepak Rochlani- Sales Executive/Property Consultant
With over 10 years experience in sales and marketing, Deepak understands the importance of listening and empathising with his clients, He believes that delivering exceptional results is achieved through focusing on client relations and guiding each person through their unique situation whether it is a first time seller, a seasoned investor or the sale of a highly confidential premium property. Deepak has developed an extensive knowledge in both the Property Management and Sales Sector of Real Estate from being a real estate all-rounder which include the selling of Residential Property, Property Management and Leasing.
Krystian Szuba – Accounts Manager
Krystian holds the degree of Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney in accounting and business studies. He is responsible for the administration and ongoing management of our financial systems and records. Krystian has also studied abroad having lived in Beijing for a number of years. He is presently studying toward the completion of his Chartered Accountant qualification.
Sonia Jahanzeb – Office Manager
Sonia is often the first point of contact for clients, meaning she’s charged with making that all-important excellent first impression. Her friendly, professional nature, bubbly personality and proactive approach make her perfect for the role, which also involves assisting Property Managers with administration duties.
